How smart do you feel?  Do you need the internet or someone to ask question of constantly because you feel you need help with everything?  Do you find that the longer you think about a problem the bigger the problem seems to get?

If you feel smart and content with your ability to solve problems then you are tuned into your blink mind.  We all have it but unless you are paying attention and learn to use your blinks, then you may be among the majority of folks who often feel a little slow or even dumb at times.

Your mind is constantly juggling How smart do you feel?  Do you need the internet or someone to ask question of constantly because you feel you need help with everything?  Do you find that the longer you think about a problem the bigger the problem seems to get?

If you feel smart and content with your ability to solve problems then you are tuned into your blink mind.  We all have it but unless you are paying attention and learn to use your blinks, then you may be among the majority of folks who often feel a little slow or even dumb at times.

Your mind is constantly juggling hughe quantities of thoughts and ideas even while you are asleep and ever so often it connects the dots just right and an original an brilliant thought will occur in the blink of an eye and then be gone.  The luck part is that our mind records this thought and we can play it back for a sort time before it is lost like a dream when we wake up.

You need to be paying attention to these blinks or you not only will miss the great ideas they bring but you may not even know you are having them.  It is completely different than sitting down with a group of people and brainstorming or trying to solve a problem by concentrating on it.  Blinks will occur while you are doing these things but not more often than average.  The fact is you have several blinks a day whether you are trying to solve a problem or just playing a game or meditating or eating etc.

You will most certainly be happier and more content with life if you feel smart enough to handle what ever life thoughts you way and by tuning into your blinks you will discover that you are even smarter than that because you can literally discover how to be happy.  It does not matter what grade you are in or what degrees you may or may not have, we all have this gift so why not develop it and use it.
